Shipping

Once an order is placed, it is usually dispatched within 1-2 business days, with the exception of weekends and public holidays. The serviceability and delivery times may differ depending on the recipient's zip code, and this information is typically provided separately during the order placement process.

 

Returns
Although we are Sure that you will enjoy using Rozy Soft, we understand that everyone has unique preferences. However, due to Rozy Soft being a hygiene product, we cannot accept returns of the product.

 

Exchange

Our exchange policy lasts for 15 days after the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange.

We take great care to ensure that your product is delivered to you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged delivery, please contact us at help@jangoenterprises.com and we will send you a new pack at no extra cost.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original packaging and unused, just as you received it.

Please note that the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

 

Cancellation & Refunds

To cancel an order, simply send an email to help@jangoenterprises.com. You will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 business hours once the cancellation is processed. Refunds will be issued in the original payment mode and can take 6-8 working days from the confirmation date. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us at help@jangoenterprises.com so we can address the issue. You can rest assured that the refund will be processed for you.
